About

Built by one person. Proven on real properties.

ImmoNerd has no invented team page and no stock-photo office. It is designed, built and run by one software architect — who is a landlord himself.

Adrian Setka

Software architect & founder

I build software for a living and hold rental property on the side — which means I sit on both sides of this product every day. The calculator gets used before I bid, the cost ledger carries my own invoices, and the tenancy pages track my own units.

That changes how a product gets built: nothing here was specced in a meeting room. Features come from running my own units — and from close conversations with experienced investors, brokers and developers who do these deals every day.

What a one-person company means for you.

Tested on my own deals

Every feature ships to my own properties first. If it can't handle my tenancies, my costs and my deals, you never see it.

A direct line

Feedback lands with the person who wrote the code — no ticket queue, no product committee between you and the fix.

Built to last

One architect, one clean codebase: modern stack, careful data model, German and English from day one.

The honest deal

When something is beta, it says beta. When something is missing, say so — the roadmap is shaped by the people actually using the platform. And when you write, you get an answer from me, not from an autoresponder.
